Reiki Room Certified Teachers

Lineage

Usui Shiki Ryoho Training Tradition

Following the 1920 instruction of Reiki Founder Mikao Usui, all Reiki Room Teachers initially receive traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho training. This system of healing integrates lecture, reading assignments, student teacher dialog, extensive hands on practice and monthly follow up practice groups. Topics include history, energy healing as vibration, meditation, practical hand placements, technique and client consideration. Each consecutive class level deepens understanding and technique as they open new experience with unique vibratory energy. The foundation of Reiki is best discovered through traditional training.

As Teachers wish to progress in their studies, Karuna Reiki Training is introduced to expand upon their traditional training through specialized and focused energy techniques. Karuna Reiki was developed by ICRT in 1995.

Komyo Reiki training is offered for experienced Teachers who wish to deepen their spiritual training through the Buddhist roots of Reiki. The original aim of Usui's teachings was to provide a method for students to achieve connection with the Universal Life Force energy that would help them in their self-development. Komyo Reiki follows traditional spiritual methodology  as founded by Hyakuten Inamoto.
